This initiative is always carried out in co-partnership with research centres at the University of the Azores, CIBIO-Açores, IS2E-LIACC and OKEANOS, the INESC-TEC research centre at the University of Porto, various public and private entities in the Azores, including Portos dos Açores and the company Futurismo. 

Over the years, different groups and companies have joined the event, making it more versatile and interesting. 

In the context of this initiative, we expect to provide training programmes, postgraduate courses and the development of groups dedicated to the technologies experimented with in the context of research and providing services to the community.

This multidisciplinary, multifaceted initiative aims to contribute to a better, safer, and more sustainable future in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) promoted by the United Nations Organisation.
